This Grenadier home renovation focused on two spaces that make a big impact on daily life: the kitchen and powder room. The original areas felt dated and disconnected from the warmer, more inviting direction the homeowners wanted for their home.
In the kitchen, we replaced the older white cabinetry and grey finishes with warm wood cabinetry, bright counters, a soft tile backsplash, and a contrasting dark island. The result is a kitchen that feels more open, current, and welcoming, while still staying practical for everyday routines.
The powder room received the same thoughtful attention. A new wood vanity, soft green walls, patterned flooring, and black accents gave the space a more finished and personal feel. Together, these updates created a warmer, more cohesive home with spaces that feel comfortable, functional, and intentionally designed.
