We recently completed a major home renovation with Terzetto Home, and once again they exceeded our expectations. This is actually our second time working with them—the first was a small renovation a few years ago, and we were very happy with the results. This time, the project was much larger (over 4–5 months), and they handled it with the same patience, care, and professionalism. The initial design stage took several months as we explored different ideas and tried to understand what we truly wanted. Vivian and Abby worked incredibly hard with us during this process. We even changed our minds partway through and decided to reduce our original budget of over $200k. Despite this, the team remained patient, honest, and supportive throughout. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt heard. The renovation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Nothing in any renovation is perfect, but what impressed us most is how committed they were to fixing anything that came up. Their after-service is just as strong as their during-service—they genuinely care. As you can see from the photos we posted, the final result looks amazing.
